“I found Sam’s virtual self-care class to be extremely helpful and informative. He shared a new topic or focus every week, and each topic prepared us beautifully for the next. Sam’s teaching methods were very effective and he presented each topic clearly, with opportunities for questions and comments. 

With his gentle, compassionate approach, he created an atmosphere of safety and support. Our group quickly got to know each other and we looked forward to hearing of everyone’s weekly challenges and successes. It was clear from the beginning that Sam really cared about us, both individually and as a group, and he stressed that there would never be judgment of any kind. He also made it clear that he was offering suggestions, not expectations. There was never any pressure; he was available for private sessions to check in, set goals, or as needed. 

It was extremely useful to have the recordings made available as I now have a resource whenever I need to review any topic. Self-care and wellness are topics of great importance to me, and I feel that Sam shared his vast knowledge in a most useful way. I have been employing everything I learned from him, as this class offered a lot of information, broken down into manageable steps.
